You have 28 days to return an item for a full refund. You will need to provide a valid receipt and make sure you have the payment card you originally used to purchase the item. Items must still be in their original packaging as at time of delivery.
Making A Purchase:
To buy from our online collection click 'pop into basket' next to the items you wish to buy this will put them into your shopping cart.
We accept payment by Credit card which we process off line when your order in ready to leave us. Prices are shown in British Pound Sterling only.
We can accept orders and payments by telephone, fax, email and through our website. After you have placed your order, we will send a confirmation email to you summarising the order. The company name on your statement will be “Wall To Wall Design Interiors”
We will normally dispatch your order within 7 business days of receiving payment confirmation.
Your Right to Cancel
We hope that you will be entirely happy with your purchases, however, you do have the right to cancel your order at any time after it has been made until seven working days after the day of receipt of your goods. Please give us notice, by e-mail or post, of your wish to cancel. In the case of cancellation within the stated period a full refund will be made, including postage and packaging costs. Post and Packing
For orders weighing up to 1200g postage is £5.95. For heavier orders there is an additional charge of £3.50 per 250g.
Larger orders may be sent by courier but we will contact you to arrange this beforehand.
